- Entry and participation in this promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including all costs associated with entering this promotion.
- Anyone who is a resident of Fiji may enter.
- Promotion commences on the 5th of December 2025 and ends on the 31st of January 2026.
- Draw date for this promotion will be 05th February 2026
- To enter this promotion and be eligible to win, buy any Fantastic Cola, Pops Soda, Pops Cordial, Aqua Pacific Water or H2O worth $10.00 or more during the promotion period.

- Take a clear photo of your receipt.
- Upload the receipt and fill in your details and submit.
- The Promoter and its related companies/agencies will not be held responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries submitted. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time it is received by the Promoter.
- You may enter this promotion as many times as you please; however, a receipt eligible for entry can only be submitted once, and every entry mode is subject to these terms and conditions.
- All winners will be notified by phone on how to redeem their prizes.
- Prizes cannot be transferred and must be redeemed within 2 weeks. Should a winner fail to redeem their prize within 2 weeks of being informed, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award the forfeited prize to another eligible entrant.
- All Winners consent to the use of their likeness, image and voice in any media medium for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of this Promotion or for promoting any product manufactured, imported, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to:
- provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a prize any part of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control:
- disallow entries in its absolute discretion:
- verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity), and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize whose dishonest or misleading details have been given by the entrant or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner. or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions;
- to terminate or amend this promotion in whole or in part at any time without notice, at its sole discretion in the event this promotion cannot be conducted as planned;
- enforce any of its rights at any stage, and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
- As a condition of this promotion, the winners fully indemnify the Promoter. Its related companies, agents, and associates against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) which may arise out of the winner's participation in this promotion and/or in claiming the prize, howsoever caused.
